Welcome to Stratigem. Our commitment to delivering high-quality web design services is matched by our dedication to maintaining an efficient and transparent workflow. This Web Design Workflow and Approval Policy (“Policy”) outlines the structured process we follow to ensure your project is completed to the highest standards and in a timely manner. By engaging Stratigem for web design services, you (“Client”) agree to adhere to this Policy.
Workflow Overview
Our web design process is divided into six key milestones to ensure clarity, efficiency, and satisfaction. These milestones are:
- Brand Discovery Session: An initial consultation to understand your brand, its values, and objectives.
- Understanding the Site Structure: Planning the structure and essential features of your website.
- First Draft Presentation: Submission of the initial design concept for your review and feedback.
- Second Draft Revision: Presentation of the revised draft incorporating your initial feedback.
- Final Draft Approval: Submission of the final design for your approval before proceeding to the quality assurance stage.
- Quality Assurance Stage: Rigorous testing to ensure the website meets our high standards and your expectations.
Approval and Timelines To maintain project momentum and meet our delivery commitments, clients are expected to approve each milestone within a 4-day timeframe. Timely approvals are crucial for progressing to subsequent steps and ensuring the project stays on schedule.
Late Approval Fee Recognizing the impact of delays on project efficiency and the scheduling of other client projects, a late fee of $50 will be incurred for each milestone approval delayed beyond the allocated 4-day period. This fee compensates for the potential disruption and rescheduling of Stratigem’s workflow, ensuring we can continue to provide timely service to all clients. The total late fee could amount to $250 if each milestone approval is delayed.
Payment Upon Completion Following the approval of Milestone 5 (Final Draft), clients will have 14 days to complete the payment for the design services rendered. This ensures a clear transition to the final Quality Assurance stage and prepares for the launch of your website.
Financial Commitment and Cancellation We understand the significant financial investment involved in developing a new website. Stratigem does not require deposits, reflecting our trust in our clients’ commitment to their web design projects. However, cancellations mid-project can pose challenges and setbacks. While we recognize that circumstances may change, we respectfully request that cancellations be considered carefully and avoided whenever possible. Should you decide to cancel, we ask for prompt notification to minimize impact on our workflow and scheduling.
By initiating a project with Stratigem, you agree to this Workflow and Approval Policy, acknowledging the importance of timely feedback and the associated financial commitments. Our goal is to work collaboratively, respecting each other’s time and resources, to create a website that truly reflects your brand and meets your strategic objectives.
