Post-Launch Quality Assurance
Following the official activation of the website, Stratigem offers a 12-month guarantee of service. This includes:
- Regular updates to software and plugins to ensure the website remains up-to-date with technological advancements.
- Prompt resolution of any bugs or issues that may arise post-launch by a Stratigem project specialist.
- The addition of new text sections, blog posts, and updates to business information (e.g., store hours, location, staffing) upon client request.
Warranty Conditions
This warranty is contingent upon the website remaining under Stratigem’s stewardship. Should any external modifications be made to the site by another designer or service provider, this warranty will be voided. Our guarantee of quality is based on our intimate knowledge and control of the website’s design and architecture.
Significant Design Changes
While minor updates and bug fixes are covered under our quality assurance guarantee, significant changes to the website’s design, layout, or functionality post-launch are considered new projects and will be subject to additional design fees. These fees will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
